Michelle did an excellent job of introducing us to the Naples market and showing us a wide variety of options. Monika should be a paid mentor to any new associates in your office. We met her at one of her open houses and when we decided to list our home we both agreed to let Monika be our listing agent. Monika and her team are excellent. From my the initial meeting I knew she was the right real estate agent to sell my home. She knows the Naples market and specifically understands what buyers are looking for by listening to them. She qualifies every prospect before bringing them into your home. She held two open houses and gained insight into what home features the early season prospects were interested in. She explained the qualities of my home and the special features it has to every prospect and she sold my home in record time. All of her communication was meaningful and helpful and I relied on her expert advise and valuable input in all aspects of the sales negotiations.
